Account Manager – Corporate Sales
Job Description
A professional sales role, reporting to an Account Director, based from home with office facilities near Slough, selling e-learning, e-assessment and support solutions to the UK corporate sector.
Candidate Profile
•Third level qualification or equivalent experience
•ICT skills and proficiency
•Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
•Proven successful sales experience and track record within e-learning
•Ambitious, self-motivated and confident
•Confident in generating and managing accounts that will deliver 6-7 figure annual revenues
The role will include
•Existing account management and development
•Business development - identifying, generating, developing and closing new business sales
Responsibilities
•Ownership of revenue and market penetration targets
•Meet and aim to exceed set sales and market penetration targets
•Maintaining, and reporting on, minimum sales activities
•Following up on, developing and converting marketing campaigns and sales leads
•Support strategic and tactical plans to deliver revenue and market penetration targets
•Maintenance of the company's CRM sales and marketing database system
•Producing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipeline information for management reports
•Attendance and participation in trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and road show events as required
•Attendance at, and participation in, sales meetings as required
Salary details
•Basic:30k - 35k + 5k car allowance
•Commission:5% x revenues at agreed margins (sw 80%, hw 10%, svcs 40%), uncapped
•Target:TBC but, 12-month 500k
