| Business Development & Training Consultant
If you can propose credible and pragmatic training solutions that gain high conversion rates with clients and do this repeatedly with passion and professionalism then my Client would be very interested in speaking with you.
My Client is a market-leading and well-regarded provider of training solutions to an impressive group of blue chip and high profile corporate clients. They delivered 15% growth last year and forecast growth of 30% this year.
You MUST have a training or learning & development background with clear and substantial evidence of internal or external consultancy experience. You must be confident and polished in your ability to consult, scope and agree training needs with a diverse range of clients at all levels of seniority.
You must also have the drive and passion to grow the fee income from your clients, through excellent service provision and proactive account and relationship management.
This role will provide the natural next career stage for high achieving and under rewarded L&D Consultants who want to broaden their experience and implement solutions on a bigger stage. Working with multiple projects with a range of clients, constantly challenging you to think pragmatically and implement solutions which achieve and meet objectives.
My Client offers training solutions in the following key areas: management development, personal effectiveness and communication skills; business skills, project management; trainer and HR development and sales, marketing & customer care. Including a number of accredited qualification programmes.
They offer an enviable portfolio of delivery methods including tailored in-house workshops, an extensive public programme portfolio across the UK, an e-learning platform supporting over 200+ modules, an outsourced training administration service and a division marketing training materials.
Negotiable basic salary, quarterly performance bonus and car allowance. Potential to work from home - when not with clients!
