| My Client spe****es in the development, implementation and support of enterprise-wide Electronic Document, Risk & Performance, and Policies & Procedures Management solutions, designed to assist Customers meet Regulatory and Compliance requirements, enhance Customer Service levels, and reduce costs.
They currently have a requirement for a territory sales exec.
They are looking for a territory salesperson 70% new business 30% account development covering London and the South East, office based, selling the full range of their EDM, Compliance and Risk Management solutions to all market sectors excluding Banking & Building Societies, annual quota of £300k software licence margin.
There is some flexibility with regards to location as the Senior Sales Manager currently covers some of the south and they could re-arrange the territories to a point to accommodate a good candidate. So that means they could either have someone covering London and some of the south east based from the office in Berkshire, or someone for the South/South West possibly working from a home base?
The basic salary is likely to be around £40k - £45k plus commission and quarterly/annual bonuses, probably taking OTE to around £90k. There is a car/car allowance option.
You must have software solutions sales experience within workflow solutions and a track record in new business sales. They have a telemarketing person and a small marketing department who support their sales team, currently 6 in total, but you will be expected to initiate and drive campaigns, manage pipeline and work with their professional services people to close new business and generate follow-on business.
