| My Client is a leading manufacturer of electrical power control/conditioning equipment providing power quality and energy saving solutions for a wide range of clients including blue chip companies, MOD, commercial, industrial and public organisations.
Due to growth in the market for energy saving products and spe****t solutions to industry they are looking for a Field Service Engineer.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Area coverage: Mainly UK with some overseas work
Maintenance and servicing of power control equipment such as UPS and Voltage Stabilisers and associated equipment.
Carry out installation work as required.
Carry out site survey work.
Liaise with customers and other staff.
Prepared to work out of hours including evenings and weekends.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Experience with UPS, Voltage Stabilisers and similar equipment
Traceable referenced employment history
Computer literate, experience with CRM packages
Previous experience in maintenance and servicing
Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
HNC or HND in electrical engineering or equivalent
KEY PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Good communication skills
Self-motivated approach to work
Flexible and enthusiastic
Full, clean driving license
Smart and presentable appearance
The ability to interface with people at all levels
Professional attitude and approach
Willing to travel and work nationwide
