| My Client is one of the world's leading learning solution providers.
They currently have a requirement for an LMS Sales Consultant.
Role:
Working with the functional and technical consultants to actively build relationships to define customer requirements and develop new business opportunities. Develop new business sales from qualified prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
Act as trusted advisor to new and existing customers to explore current needs and translate requirements into learning solutions.
To nurture and close LMS technology and services opportunities within the existing client base and new clients.
Design and deliver presentations and proposals to external clients
Extend consulting knowledge through research into e-learning, including analysis of key trends in organizational learning and learning technology.
Skills required:
Commercially aware with strong and proven experience in both LMS sales and consulting.
Network effectively at all levels
Self motivated Excellent verbal skills, including consultative interviewing, telephone research/prospecting, client communication/presentation and report and proposal writing
Effective communicator to senior-level training and business leaders: strong business acumen, consultative selling skills, and pragmatic approach to learning interventions, with strong results-focus.
Knowledge required:
Solution Sales Cycle and best practice approaches.
Learning Technology products and services.
Learning Technologies marketplace and major competitors.
Application and value of Learning methods and technologies.
YOU MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE WITHIN LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.
Essential:
LMS sales experience.
5 years+ learning/e-learning consultancy experience.
High degree of business acumen—business drivers associated with the Learning and Development function.
