The Company
Our Client, RE/MAX is the world’s largest estate agency franchise group with over 7,000 franchised offices in 67 countries.
RE/MAX is seeking to continue the company’s expansion and is currently recruiting Franchise Sales Consultants to identify, negotiate and close new franchise deals in the South East.
The Role - Franchise Sales Consultant (Self employed)
To be considered for the role the successful applicant will possess the following knowledge and experience:
• Successful track record in sales (over achievement of personal targets/goals).
• Proven record of success in selling to a business-level audience.
• Used to ongoing and continual performance reviews.
• Experience in selling a product that may represent a new concept for the client.
• An ability to demonstrate how the offering will achieve clients’ goals.
• Good network of contacts and knowledge of business within the given area.
• Experience of deal sizes with a minimum of £25K would be an advantage.
• Franchise sales experience would also be an advantage but not essential.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Programmes (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Software (Goldmine, Salesforce, Access).
Personal Characteristics:
• Highly developed sales skills. (Strong negotiating skills. Ability to close the deal)
• Personal commitment, energy and inner drive for excellence.
• Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Calculated thinker who can maximise creative sales programmes.
• A good listener who can think on his/her feet.
• Able to find creative on the spot solutions.
• High integrity.
• An ability to manage effectively their own time and the time of others.
• Must have a full driving license and a car. Based at home consultants will be required to attend sales meeting at the head office in London.

£80,000 OTE (Commission only)
