| My Client is a leading provider of services, engineering and equipment for industrial water and wastewater treatment.
They currently have a requirement for a Maintenance Technician.
You will be responsible will be responsible for the implementation of installation projects, involving mechanical and instrumentation maintenance.
You will also provide operational support by carrying out shift cover if required in the operation of the Water Treatment Plant and chemical dosing systems and assist with other operational process and maintenance tasks at this site.
Experience & Knowledge required:
Recognised training and experience of mechanical installation, instrumentation and maintenance work on a water, waste water or petrochemicals plant.
Working knowledge of petrochemical industry standard HSE systems, including control of work
Experience of working directly with sub-contractors.
Experience of working on customer sites
To be able to demonstrate through previous work experience, an ability to interpret technical literature and engineering drawings to affect installations or repairs of complex items of plant.
