| Operations & Maintenance Manager
My Client is a leading provider of services, engineering and equipment for industrial water and wastewater treatment.
They currently have a requirement for an Operations & Maintenance Manager.
This position is based at Lincolnshire site and will be responsible for managing the operations and maintenance of a Water Treatment Plant on a Combined Heat and Power Station. Performance of this plant is key to the performance of 2 major oil refiners as it supplies water for both steam generation and cooling.
Experience required:
Hands on experience of managing a small team
Strong operational and maintenance background within industrial water/wastewater industry.
It is key that the successful candidate has industry experience (water/wastewater)
The maintenance aspects of this role is mainly - operational and preventative maintenance
Extensive customer interface
Experience of financial control (P&L and budgets)
Managing sub contractors
Ideally my client would be interested in managers from some of the water utility companies (United Utilities, Veolia, Anglian, Yorkshire, Severn Trent) or also perhaps from environmental managers working within chemical industry.
Salary: £Negotiable (£40-45k)
Location: Humberside
