Salary:- 25k to 35k basic, 85k to 95k OTE + benefits

Job specification:
Our client is a leading e-learning solutions provider, focusing on innovative bespoke learning management solutions to a wide portfolio of clients. Due to their expansion programme, they currently require field sales executives and a team leader to join their successful sales team based in West London.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• You will have a strong new business/field sales background, preferably from within the e-learning/training solutions sector or related technology applications/software solutions (such a HR/Business Process Technology solutions).
• At least 4 years direct sales experience and the gravitas to be able to negotiate at senior management level
• Consultative solutions sales approach
• Self-motivation and drive to exceed sales targets - very much a 'hunter' sales person required
• Desire to work within rapidly growing business
• Sound educational background, ideally to at least A Level
