They provide training courses, training software and consultancy to help businesses educate their staff quickly and efficiently.
They currently have a requirement for a sales exec.

Implement projects faster, smoother and more efficiently than other business in the market place.
Partner with leading industry bodies to develop content that is superior in quality, technically accurate and more meaningful to clients.
Transform complex material into straightforward and engaging content.
Business training and e-learning is a growing market place and they are strongly positioned to continue to grow with it. The potential for their product is huge and they have invested soundly in the development of their LMS to ensure that it remains so.
Due to natural growth, they are currently seeking a Business Development Executive to sell their proposition into the corporate market. Reporting to the Sales Manager the Business Development Executive will hold a key position and will be responsible for driving direct sales into new accounts.
Overall Responsibilities:
Create and manage new sales cycles including: prospecting, developing client relationships, building business cases, negotiating contracts, and closing business
Build and manage a pipeline and continually generate new opportunities
Conduct online sales presentations and prepare proposals for customers
Meet and exceed monthly quotas
Forecast sales activity, enter and maintain prospects in CRM System
Work closely with Marketing and Client Services Group to ensure rapid and widespread adoption of the company portfolio
Qualities and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in eLearning solutions.
A software, high-tech, consultative sales background
Aggressive "hunting" skills with a proven track record for prospecting and closing new business
Experience developing and maintaining a geographic territory
Strong record of success through consistently exceeding sales targets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and phone skills
Detail oriented with strong follow up skills
