The Company:
Our client, a global online publisher is currently looking to recruit an ambitious Display Sales Executive to join their busy and expanding team based in Central London.
The Role:
This role involves developing as well as producing a directory for the travel industry, which will be distributed at conferences as well as sold to the industry. This will involve:
-developing a new Vendor Directory by contacting existing clients as well as establishing new ones
-identifying possible entrants into the directory using the current database and other research sources
-canvassing potential entrants with a variety of marketing to encourage them to provide their details for the directory
-up-selling additional products to the directory entrants and co-ordinate additional content in the directory.
-producing the directory - liaise with designers, printers etc.
-liaising with conference organisers the arrange distribution of the directory at all events
Candidate Profile:
The successful applicant will have at least one year experience in a media or advertising sales position to be considered for the role. The candidate needs immaculate presentation and communication skills as you will be in contact with clients and customers all day long. An inquisitive nature, ambition and hunger to succeed are fundamental.
Salary/Additional Information:
The basic salary is up to £24,000 with OTE £50K + in first year. Full commission is paid on every sale. Bonuses are available for reaching and exceeding targets.
