BetRecruit is a leading online consultancy for the betting and gaming sector. We spe****e in supplying temporary, permanent, contract or freelance candidates with sports, financial, betting or gaming knowledge to market leaders. Due to our rapid expansion, we are currently looking to recruit an Account Manager, for our offices based near Holborn, Central London (WC1A 2HH).
The Role:
We currently have several accounts with potential for long-term relationships, one of which is pan-European, based outside the UK. We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant with a skill for developing business and relationships. Although the role will start as an Account Management / Development role, there may be the need for future business development. Candidates must therefore be confident and comfortable with business development. This is a lucrative sector with huge potential for maximising personal earnings.
Job Description:
To provide an outstanding level of service to both clients and candidates ensuring the maximization of sales revenue generated from assigned accounts.
Primary tasks and responsibilities (not exhaustive):
- Work proactively with the client towards filling vacancies, ensuring that key information is obtained from the client and ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met and exceeded
- Maintaining good relationships with both clients and candidates through regular telephone contact and face to face meetings
- Maximizing sales revenue generated from accounts
- Sourcing candidates from a variety of sources including database searches and advertising ensuring that every requirement is resourced for and filled efficiently
- Writing job descriptions and specifications, placing advertisements, and ensuring adverts are removed as vacancies become filled. Be proactive in finding other sources of advertising to generate candidate pool
- Interviewing candidates through competency-based interviewing techniques, mainly by telephone; arranging and administering appropriate tests / language tests etc
- Liaising with clients and candidates to arrange interviews when required
- Working proactively towards own self development and learning
- Generating new business through warm and cold calling if required
- General administrative tasks associated with the role
Candidate Profile:
Candidates must be highly motivated with a minimum of 12 months experience within recruitment. It is essential that you are hard working, determined and money motivated - not afraid of working towards meeting and exceeding set targets.
An exceptional command of the English language is required with the ability to negotiate persuasively at various levels. Understanding of online and offline betting, gaming and casinos, and sports gambling in general, may be a good advantage but is certainly not essential.
Salary/Additional Information:
Salary is highly negotiable in the region of £25,000 - £30,000 basic to start. We offer good commission as well as performance-related bonuses and incentives. As an employer, we offer an excellent working environment in terms of office space, location and colleagues. We offer relocation packages if required. All consultants receive pension, healthcare, dental and optical cover after probation (3 months). Laptop is provided for remote/flexible working (after probation) with excellent holidays and flexibility and an emphasis on personal training and development.
