The Company
Our Client, Teleflorist, are a family owned, commercial organization based in Romsey, with a 2000 UK-wide, membership based network of local florists.
Through the florist network the business operates a relay service to facilitate the delivery of flowers and gifts from the point of order to the customer location.
Customers are able to place their order in stores, directly via a 0800 telephone service or through the company website. The company also has a small operational presence in Eire and South Africa to support these markets. All flower orders are put together and delivered by the local florist shop.
For extended delivery, Teleflorist are a part of a worldwide delivery network based in the USA
The Role - Online Media Manager
Teleflorist are looking to recruit an Online Media Manager who will be responsible for the planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of all online media campaigns across the company to support e-commerce growth plans.
The main responsibilities for the Online Media Manager will include:
* Responsibility for the day to day management of paid for search, ensuring the paid for search contributes a healthy percentage of overall sales
* Responsibility for growing our opted in database with the consideration of future CRM opportunities and possibilities
* Measurement, collation and reporting of results of all e-marketing campaigns to ROI targets to ensure profitable sales
* Development of the affiliate marketing proposition for the company including commission rates, supplier selection and contract negotiation. Management of the set-up and implementation of new affiliate programmes where appropriate.
* The planning, execution, optimisation, development and reporting on any new and existing affiliate programmes and communications ensuring the affiliates grow to contribute a healthy percentage of overall sales
* Responsibility for the planning, scheduling and development of promotional messages for email communications to our opted in database
* Implementing basic CRM principles in to the email communications sent
* Responsibility for the research, planning and implementation of all other online media activities such as aggregator sites, partnerships, online sales promotions, sponsorships and tenancy arrangement when financially viable
* The management of relationships with external agencies where relevant.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2-3 years experience in a similar position
* Experience of day to day management of PPC & affiliate networks
* Excellent relationship management skills
* The candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently based on objectives and targets set.
* Relevant degree or work experience
* Ability to manage time to ensure delivery of projects within deadlines.
* An enthusiastic team player and the ability to work alone where required.
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Computer Literate
The package:
* £23-25k pa
