| My Client spe****es in the manufacture and maintenance of gas turbine engines in the small to medium power categories, for civil and defence markets. The business environment is multi-national with a strong customer base across the world.
They have an immediate vacancy for a Commercial Coordinator to join their Supply Chain Team.
Main responsibilities include:
•Accurate preparation and administration of all programme contracts and documentation, including service billing, updates and tracking
•Acting as first point of contact for all customer product quotations, queries, warranties and deliveries, provision of monthly reports and customer visits
•Manage programme budget and planning, including progressing WIP through communication with other departments
•Act as internal communication on cost accumulations and work packages
The ideal candidate will:
•Have significant experience within a similar role, together with excellent administration and customer service skills
•Be a flexible and proactive individual, able to work in a fast paced environment and meet customer delivery requirements
•Possess an in-depth understanding and working knowledge of commercial contracts
•Excellent IT skills, with experience of SAP ERP systems
Salary – Up to £22K pa, 37 hours per week, flexi working, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank
