| My Client is a Manufacturer within the Aerospace Industry.
Due to continued business expansion, they have an immediate requirement for a Customer Service Representative to join their Commercial team. This new role will be responsible for the administration of contracts and payments for services rendered to the Company's customers.
Tasks Include:
•Building excellent relationships and acting as first point of contact for all customer product and service quotations, queries and deliveries
•Preparation and administration of all contracts and documentation, including service billing, updates and tracking
•Management of payment processes, warranty and claim documentation, reports and analysis, and key performance measures
•Interface/support Field Representative activities and maintain daily customer diaries
•Working as part of the AOG Out Of Hours Response Team, required to provide a 24/7 on-call facility on a regular basis
The successful candidate will:
•Have worked in a similar service role within the aerospace industry
•Possess an in-depth understanding and working knowledge of commercial contracts, including legal and compliance awareness and administration of military and civil aerospace contracts
•Be meticulously accurate, with excellent written, numeracy, interpersonal and communication skills
•Be willing to provide stand by on call service
Permanent staff, excellent rates, holidays 25 days + bank holidays, pension and flexi-time.
