My Client spe****es in the development, implementation and support of enterprise-wide Electronic Document, Risk & Performance, and Policies & Procedures Management solutions, designed to assist Customers meet Regulatory and Compliance requirements, enhance Customer Service levels, and reduce costs.
This is a new role to focus on building a market share for my client's software product, which is designed to help companies manage compliance issues, ie. delivery & adherence to policies & procedures. There are already a number of live sites and this new role is to educate and increase market coverage in the commercial and manufacturing business sector and possibly central government (Banking and Local Government are already addressed through other company resources). The role is office based in Slough The target territory is anywhere within the M25.
The jobholder will be focused on selling a single application, and will need to work closely with the Product Manager. There is also some shared resource in the office (telesales and marketing) but this is a new business role, from cold calling through to business closure. There is some lead generation from exhibitions/business breakfasts etc., but the individual recruited will need to show that they can plan and manage their pipeline.
You will have a background in solutions selling in at least one of the following marketplaces; EDM, HR solutions/services, compliance, training or consultancy services. A typical sale is likely to be c. £30-35k.
Key characteristics; new business solutions sales track record, consultative approach to doing business, experience of high level presentations, energy, resilience.
Package;Base salary £35 – 40k, OTE up to £70k, car allowance, private medical cover after 3 months, laptop.
