Insight Human Resource & Management Consultancy Ltd has a small but very successful design arm (Insight Advertising) that has traditionally had a high dependency on executive recruitment advertising.
After some internal changes and new appointments, we are now in a position to transform our current portfolio to offer a much wider range of creative services across the full marketing mix.
As part of our transformation we will be re-branding Insight Advertising and developing our marketing collateral to truly reflect the full service we can offer.
We need a brilliant Sales Professional/Account Manager to be responsible for taking our services to new and existing clients and converting pitches into jobs. You must be prepared to travel throughout the UK as we have clients nationwide.
You'll be the main point of client contact and involved in jobs from concept right through to delivery. You be a team player (its a small team of 2 designers and an MD) but you'll also need internal drive and initiative if you are to succeed.

• Has previous experience within the design/print/advertising environment with a basic understanding marketing principles.
