| Packaging Equipment UK Sales Manager - £38K-£45K
My client are a market leader within the packaging machine industry supplying one of the largest ranges of machinery and the most comprehensive turn key solutions packages into a range of industries including Food Production, Pharmaceutical and Electrical Goods.
We currently have a requirement for an experienced UK Sales Manager based ideally within the Midlands but other locations may be considered.
The ideal candidate will have the following
A proven sales background within the packaging machinery industry selling into any of the industries mentioned above although the food production industry would be of the greatest advantage.
The ability to lead small teams of area or regional sales candidates, to motivate, set targets and push them forward to meet and beat set targets – previous man management experience is a must.
Must have covered a similar are (UK or a substantial regional area).
Must have a proven sales background and be able to prove previous successes such as successfully growing a business and sales teams.
Must have leadership skills
Package details
Salary £38-£45K dependant on experience with and OTE of £70K
