| An exiciting opportunity has arisen within this sought after global company based close to London Bridge station. Due to expansion there is an opportunity to to support one of the Snr Managers within a very varied role that will encompass indepth administration and organisational tasks with an element of PA related duties. You will be this managers right hand person and combine your advanced excel, word and standard powerpoint skills, diary management, booking of travel, to prepartion of bids and tenders, co-ordinating market awareness such as prepartion of market reports to circulating news items. This role requires a can do attitude for those who like to roll up their sleeves and throw themselves into a task. Salary is varied depending on experience and offers benefits from a flexi time working day 35 hour per week combined with pension, employer of the year award, 25 days holiday, child care vouchers and health care. Whilst this role incorporates organising travel etc this is not a typical PA role but more of an administration based post that requires responsibility and ownership to ensure everything runs smoothly.
